The IIE Varsity College Pietermaritzburg Campus has a vacancy for a Lecturer (part-time) in the Faculty of Humanities for the following module in first semester of 2025:

  •  Design Thinking and Problem-Solving_ DTPS5111

  • Understanding of customer service in education
  • Demonstrate an ability to manage work and self proactively


Minimum Education Requirements: 

  • A Bachelor degree in Digital Design/Media/ Graphic Design / Multimedia

    Alternatively:

     A Bachelor degree in one of the Digital Graphic/Media/Multimedia related fields with digital graphics or a similarly related field to the third-year level.


Minimum Experience Required: 

  •  Lecturing experience in digital graphics/ digital design/multimedia

    Previous lecturing experience within tertiary environment is advantageous.

     Work experience as a graphics designer/ digital animator/ multimedia/ in a related graphical design environment.
