IIE's Vega School, Pretoria Campus has a vacancy for a Part-time Lecturer for the second semester in:
  • Quantitative Techniques

Minimum Qualification Requirements:

Ideal:
  • Any Honours degree with Statistics/Econometrics to a third-year level.
Alternatively:
  • Honours in one of the business-related fields (e.g. economics, entrepreneurship, risk, supply chain or project management) – with Statistics/ Econometrics to a third-year level
  • Bachelor's degree with Statistics/ Econometrics to the third year level PLUS either an MBA or a Postgraduate Diploma in Business or Education
Work Experience Requirements:
  • Lecturing experience in Statistics/Mathematics
  • Work experience as a statistician (e.g. STATSSA)/in a business-related field
  • Quantitative research with a strong emphasis on statistics
Working Conditions:
  • Please note that this is an Independent Contractor role
  • Positions are part-time, with lectures taking place between 08:00 and 17:00, Monday to Friday
