Direct Reporting Line: Senior Assessment officer
Varsity College is an educational brand of The Independent Institute of Education (The IIE). The IIE enjoys the reputation of being at the forefront of private higher education in South Africa and is registered with the Department of Higher Education and Training (DHET) to provide higher education qualifications accredited by the Council on Higher Education (CHE).
The IIE Varsity College, Online Campus has a vacancy: Invigilator /Monitor
Competencies Required:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Understanding of and passion for customer service
- Assertiveness and dynamism
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word and MS Teams
- Excellent organisation and administration skills
- Best suited to a systematic person with eye for details
Minimum Qualification Requirements:
- Grade 12, a Higher Certificate NQF Level 5 will be advantageous.
Minimum Work Experience Requirements:
- 1-2 years invigilation experience
Working Conditions:
- Please note that this is an Independent Contractor role
- Eligible for work from Home
- Personal working devices such as laptop and headphones would be advantageous.
Working Hours:
- Monday to Thursday: 06h00 to 20h30
- Friday: 08h00 to 17h00
- Saturday: 07h00 to 12h00
Salary:
- Competitive salary commensurate with experience and hours worked.
